What types of remote support does Seamless offer?
Seamless provides experienced remote property managers (RPMs) to support landlords, estate agents, and property management companies across the UK. The tasks that a RPM can fulfill can be further broken down into :
- Property administration – Handling compliance, documentation, tenancy renewals, and data entry.
- Maintenance coordination – Managing repair requests, liaising with contractors, and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Lettings & sales support – Assisting with listings, viewings, applicant screening, and CRM updates.
- Tenant & landlord liaison – Responding to queries, coordinating move-ins/outs, and maintaining communication.
- General virtual assistance – Taking on overflow admin, diary management, call answering, and inbox triage.
All roles are tailored to your systems, processes, and preferred working hours.
Does Seamless use freelancers?
No, all our staff are full-time employees. As well as hiring the best, we invest in continued learning and development, ensuring your new remote property manager is up to speed with the latest tools and trends.

What are the benefits of hiring remote support?
When hiring with Seamless, you get access to highly skilled remote property managers (RPMs) without the need for long-term contracts. You also have the added benefit of saving on office expenses, employee benefits, and other overhead costs. With Seamless, you only pay for the actual hours your RPM works using precise time tracking. This makes using remote support a practical and cost-effective solution.
How do Seamless subscriptions work?
We offer various affordable packages on a flexible monthly subscription basis that can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. You buy a specific number of hours to be used during the month to complete the various tasks you need assistance with.
How do I get started with Seamless?

1. Get in touch: Book a call to speak directly with one of our friendly partnership managers. They’ll take the time to understand your business, goals, and specific needs. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach; it’s about finding the perfect match for you and your business.
2. Get going: Once we’ve identified your needs, we’ll connect you with a remote property manager who has the right skills and experience to meet them. We don’t just focus on qualifications, we ensure the specialist’s personality aligns with your working style, creating a partnership that feels effortless
3. Get supported: Whilst your new team member gets stuck into your to-dos, a dedicated client success manager is always on hand to ensure the partnership continues to meet your evolving needs. It’s a system designed for your long-term success.
Will my remote property manager (RPM) be available to me all day?
The availability of your new team member depends on your total plan size. Most of our staff work across multiple plans and structure their days very strategically to accommodate work to meet the appropriate deadlines. If you need access to your remote property manager all day, we suggest going for a full-time (160 hour) plan.
Can I have more that one remote property manager with my allocated hours?
Yes, multiple remote property managers can work on your plan depending on the skill sets needed.
What happens to unused hours on my monthly subscription?
Your remote property manager (RPM) will work with you to maximise the value of your hours. Unused hours do not roll over from one month to the next, but you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime if you find you are constantly running out of time or underutilising your plan.
What happens if my remote property manager (RPM) is sick or takes leave?
As part of your subscription, we try to ensure you always have coverage if your RPM is unavailable, whether sick or on planned leave. We have a system to match the skill sets needed with one of our other RPMs to ensure an effective handover and continuous efficiency, so that there is no break in service delivery. There are occasions when we will be unable to offer support, however these will be communicated to you ahead of time.
Payment / billing
How does billing work?
Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same date you started. Your subscription fees are due seven days before your plan’s monthly renewal date.
What payment options are available?
Payment can be made via Stripe, credit or debit card or Direct Debit. The specific payment details for any additional services will be included in your quote.
In what currency do you invoice?
We will invoice in GBP as standard, and EUR or USD on request.
How do I upgrade my subscription?
You can upgrade your plan at any time (i.e. add additional hours to your subscription). The upgrade will be activated immediately upon receiving payment for additional hours. You can request an upgrade with your remote property manager or client services.
How do I downgrade or terminate my subscription?
You may downgrade or terminate your subscription upon providing one month’s prior written notice. The notice period shall commence from the start of the following month’s subscription date.
What is the notice period for terminating my subscription?
Your notice period is one calendar month, which shall commence from the start of the following month’s subscription date. For example, if your Monthly Subscription Commencement Date is the 10th day of the month and you provide us with notice of termination on the 2nd day of June, the notice will take effect and your subscription will terminate (last payment made) on the 10th day of July, with your last plan ending on 9th August (or when your last plan hours are used up).
Exception: There is no notice period required in your first month. This allows you to try-out your Seamless remote property manager risk-free.

They conduct regular check-ins to align with your goals, address challenges, and optimise your plan to maximise value. With a CSM, you’re always supported, empowered, and ready to grow.
What happens if I need a different remote property manager (RPM)?
We understand that your and your business needs can change, which is why you are entitled to a talent swap. You can contact client services to activate the talent swap solution. We will then get to work on matching you with another RPM with the needed skills to take over your plan immediately to ensure no break in service delivery and continuous quality service.
Is Seamless GDPR compliant?
Yes, Seamless ensures full GDPR compliance, safeguarding your data with secure processes and strict confidentiality while delivering tailored, reliable remote support for your business needs.
What does IARSP certified mean?
All our RPMs are IARSP certified. This certification requirement ensures you get top-tier talent with a track record of high performance and access to continuous training. As part of this certification, GDPR compliance and professional indemnity are mandatory. Learn more
